ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Jameson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit! You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- People-oriented.
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Licensing required upon hiring.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
